Things That Go Bump in the Night

June McKnight publishes great, stitcher-friendly needlepoint books. And she's just brought out her fifteenth: Spooky Stitches. What a great idea! A book full of stitches and threads meant for all those Halloween-themed canvases and designs.

June used her very usable spiral-bound, small pocket-size format that stitchers find so easy to keep handy and refer to while stitching. Each stitch is represented on a two-page spread that shows a stitched example, including the threads used, on the left page and the stitch diagram and instructions on the right page.

She's also included a handy classification of the stitches by use, e.g., Architecture, Clothing, Florals, at the beginning. The stitches are presented in alphabetical order following that. The Table of Contents, actually the index, is at the end.

Check out our June McKnight section of the catalog to see the other books we have in stock. If you don't see the one you want, just let us know and we'll order it for you.
